Since JWOW’s site has just launched, I am honored by all who have registered to follow it’s growth. Because JWOW is combining healthy fitness lifestyle with commitment to a faith-based walk, it’s no wonder JWOW is attracting many so easily. Please remember you can stop by our Prayer Request page and leave a request that I can pray over for you. God moved me to enroll in an amazing School of Ministry to help me draw closer to Him and become better equipped to fulfill all He has intended for me. That includes improved understanding of HOW to pray. How to better seek and understand His perfect Will. How to become more empowered to accomplish all He has set forth on my personal journey. And of course, how I can provide the best resources to bless you. I would encourage you to seek Him FIRST…above all things. When He sees the sincerity of our hearts and true desire to glorify Him in all we do, He WILL show up and direct us how to grow more in Him, thus empowering us more in all areas of our life. The area I so want to assist everyone with is expanding a workout beyond just a dull, hum-drum, “have-to-because-I-know-I-should” session to one that has you honoring and worshipping Him while you’re lifting weights or doing your cardio. Trust me…if you turn your workout time into worship time spent with Him, it will increase your results that you see in the mirror! Talk about an added rush besides just the endorphins release! Oh! And please share our site with all your friends and family so they may be blessed as well! Everyone signing up to follow the JWOW Movement can be excited to watch the birth of a God-provided Vision that is now manifested.
